A balanced & immersive learning experience
200hr Yoga Teacher Training
We have designed our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training to be both accessible and deeply transformative, blending immersive in-person learning with independent study and online sessions to create a well-rounded and meaningful experience.
Our training is delivered over a series of weekends and a one-week immersive retreat, giving students the space to integrate, embody, and refine their understanding of yoga. This structure allows for steady progression while maintaining the depth and richness of traditional teacher trainings, which were often conducted over extended periods.
In addition to the in-person sessions, students will engage in live or recorded online learning, self-paced study, and dedicated one-on-one guidance from our lead teachers. This approach ensures that trainees not only absorb the theoretical aspects of yoga but also develop and mature in their own practice over time.
To maintain the highest quality of teaching and individual support, group numbers are strictly limited. We believe that a smaller, more intimate setting fosters personalised mentorship, deeper learning, and a strong sense of community—essential elements in training safe, knowledgeable, and inspired yoga teachers.
Whether your intention is to teach or to immerse yourself more fully in your practice, our training offers a thoughtfully structured and holistic approach to exploring the many dimensions of yoga.
