SARAH MALONE | FOUNDER & TEACHER
Sarah’s journey into yoga came at a time where she was recovering from a devastating injury at 17 years old leaving her feeling disconnected from herself. She recalls as a child her mum practicing yoga at a local studio, always coming home with such a glow and sense of contentment. Curious about ‘yoga’, Sarah found a class to dip her toes into, unaware at the time the life-changing path she was venturing on.
For Sarah, yoga is so much more than physical movement. It is the starting point of integration; the creation of space to experience and nurture a deeper connection to ourselves and the world around us.
Sarah is also a fully accredited Peter Hess® Sound Practitioner and offers therapeutic 1:1 Sound Therapy sessions, and can be booked for Sound Massage appointments.
Feel empowered yet fiercely graceful in flow. Melt into softness to dissolve all sense of ego.
FRAN MUSCA | TEACHER
For Fran, discovering yoga ignited a sense of coming home. She describes her journey like the feeling of not realising how thirsty you actually are until having that first sip of water! Fran loves that yoga connects her breath and body, making her a bit kinder to herself, and more compassionate to others. Movement can be such medicine, as can stillness.
Fran loves to be both physically challenged and emotionally and spiritually cracked open. Immersed and fully involved with practices, whichever form they take; asana, meditation, chanting or sound relaxation, flow state through yoga continues to inspire Fran and lead her down a path of self-enquiry after more than a decade since first stepping onto a mat.
Land in a smooth, free flowing practice inspired by the pulsation of breath and emodied mudras.

IMOGEN RAE | TEACHER
Imogen is a dedicated yoga practitioner, energy healer and creative, who discovered the transformative power of yoga through her years in Dubai. After experiencing the physical and mental benefits of Hot Yoga, Imogen delved deeper into exploring the mental and energetic sides of the practice. Serendipitously, this led Imogen to Sri Lanka, where she completed her Yoga Teacher Training & began teaching classes on the island.
Inspired by the connection between yoga and energy work, Imogen invites her students to move beyond the limits of the physical body and look at the “why” & “how”, encouraging a deeper meaning & sense of purpose for the practice. With a passion for the arts & literature, she often curates flows that speak to these cultures; as well as the chakras, the cosmos, or the ancient philosophies of Yoga and self-discovery. Imogen weaves her studies of these ancient teachings both into her practices, as well as her day to day life.
Through her combination of strong teachings and gentle intuitive guidance, Imogen aims to help others embrace a more peaceful, cultural, and meaningful way of living through the power of Yoga & contemplation.
Expect an inward focussed, deeply grounding, nurturing and breath orientated practice.

Katie is a Vinyasa, Yin, Breathwork, Meditation and Qi Gong Teacher. Her yoga journey started when she was living in London at 18 buying a Hatha yoga book and doing Sun Salutations early in the morning, in her open plan apartment she shared with a friend.

KELLY CHADBOURNE | TEACHER
Kelly stared her yoga journey around 13 years ago, when she was recovering from a spiral fracture in her ankle and decided netball was not an option anymore. A dear friend gifted her a yoga package to an Iyengar yoga studio. That very first class Kelly was inspired to delve deeper into the practice of yoga. For 4 years Kelly attended Lara Favells Iyengar classes and then moved from her town to travel Australia with her family. This is were she explored and experienced many different styles of yoga.
Delving deeper again Kelly chose to do her yoga teacher training at Byron Yoga Centre as it resonated with her foundational practice, she completed 700hr Level 1 & 2 Purna YTT and 30hr Yin YTT course.
Yoga is a lifestyle that is far greater than the asana practice, it is a complete package for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual evolution. So there for it means Equilibrium-a balance to achieve life in an holistic fulfilling way.
Expect a practice that strikes the balance between mindful movement and strength, without taking yourself too seriously.
GAV AITKINS | TEACHER
Gav’s yoga journey started about 6 years ago, following encouragement from his wife. What started as a curious pastime they could do together, became a passion which led to Gav completing his teacher training in Keramas, Bali with The Yoga Vine.
Gav feels that yoga is a balance of strength, playfulness and mindfulness that shouldn’t be taken too seriously. Child like curiosity is essential to the yoga journey, always finding time to smile/laugh within a class.
Find a moment of peace in your day, connect back to yourself and ground in the present moment.
CARA FAYE | TEACHER
Cara’s yoga journey began from an injury 8 years ago that took a huge toll on her physical and mental well-being. While yoga began as a physical healing method for her body, it soon became her sanctuary for mental clarity and connection.
Through her continuous and committed practice, she developed a deep curiosity for life and for what’s beyond this earthly journey. This curiosity eventually led her to her yogic studies where she began to clearly understand yoga and how deeply rooted and all encompassing it is.
For Cara, yoga is a path of life, a journey she unknowingly took many years ago. Yoga brought her peace and stillness in some of the most chaotic phases of my life, and over all, it brought her connection, community, and endless moments of love. Now, Cara’s desire to teach yoga comes solely from her love for yoga and all that it has brought her. Teaching is her path to learning alongside other yogic practitioners, and with this, she hopes to create the same moments of clarity for others that so many of her teachers before gave to her.
Experience a steady and strong flow focussed on breath, mind and body .
KOBIE BROWN | TEACHER
Kobie’s Yoga journey started around 9 years ago as a student in a small Bikram Yoga room. She loved what the practice bought to her spiritually and emotionally on and off the mat. This saw Kobie exploring a variety of classes including Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin, where she found her passion for Vinyasa. She enjoyed the fluidity of the flow, the dynamic, strong postures and the emphasis on the body and breath. Many years later this passion guided her down the path of completing her 200 hour Teacher Training.
Kobie believes yoga is a meditative journey of self discovery, unequivocally the most powerful addition to her physical, spiritual and emotional wellbeing.
Nurturing mums during their pre & postpartum journey.
RENAE MICHAEL | TEACHER
Renae attended her first yoga class in her early 20’s and was instantly drawn to the benefits it had on her physical and mental well-being. It wasn’t until ten years on in 2018, after developing a love for vinyasa flows as well as, the meditative and introspective approach of yin, that she sought to deepen her knowledge and practice. This led her to complete her teacher training in Vinyasa, Yin and more recently Postnatal yoga.
For Renae, yoga is a practice of compassion (for self and others) and life-long learning both on and off the mat. Since becoming a mum, she has enjoyed integrating a more nurturing approach to her teaching and is passionate about sharing this with other mums during their postpartum journey.
Renae is our Pre and Postnatal Yoga specialist who will offer series from time to time.
