SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
- Orders are shipped from the Dunsborough in Western Australia.
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of the order being placed, Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm.
- We ship using Australia Post.
- It is the customers responsibility to ensure their address is correct at the checkout. Our system is automated and we cannot check each address. If you enter the incorrect address and your package is returned to us as a result, you will need to pay the cost of shipping for us to resend your package.
- If an order has been returned due an incorrect address, we do not refund an order when the customer is at fault.
- Shipping is expected to be 3-7 days by post anywhere within Australia.

- We currently only ship within Australia.
PRE-ORDERS
- Items listed as “pre-order” will be shipped as soon as they become available.
- Delivery dates are estimates only. We cannot give exact delivery dates.
- Any items listed as “in-stock” purchased along with items on “pre-order” will be shipped at the same time.
- If you wish to receive “in-stock” items now, please purchase these items in a separate transaction.
- We do not offer refunds where orders are delayed longer than estimated time frames.
RETURN POLICY
Not in love? That’s fine! If you change your mind about the products you purchased from us online we exchange or refund those products, subject to the following conditions:
Products purchased from our online store can be returned by the customer with proof of purchase;
- All items will be returned to the original forms of payment, otherwise an exchange or store credit will be issued;
- Items must be in original sale condition (unused with original tags/labels attached, accessories included);
- You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return;
- Refunds and exchanges will not include the cost of shipping;
- We receive the goods within 14 days of the purchase date;
- Shipping costs are refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the return shipping costs.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return please follow these steps.
1. Email us at hello@samawellnessstudio.com.au or reply to you order confirmation email with your name, order number and reason for return.
2. Repackage your order in its original packaging. Make sure everything you are returning is clean, unused and unopened.
3. Check your email for a response from us with how to return your order.
Please note; Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, ensuring the above conditions are met, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
