What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring your own yoga mat to each class. We also recommend a towel for any heated class. If you wish to bring your own props, you are welcome to do so, however we also have props available for use to support your practice. Please ensure your phones and watches are switched off or to silent before placing them away.
Do I need to book in?
Please book in using the online booking system. This will guarantee your place in the class. Our studio is an intimate space and we would feel terrible to turn you away at the door if we are at capacity.
Do I have to have a membership?
When booking online, you can choose to pay as you go. Our memberships are designed to offer you best value for money. We have an intro offer if you wish to explore our offerings before committing.
Where do I park?
There is parking available along Faure Lane, please be mindful not to park in dedicated bays for other businesses, there are unmarked bays available to park in just up from the studio. It can be busy on weekday and Saturday mornings, please allow time to park.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open 15 minutes prior to the class start time. We recommend arriving to class 5-10 minutes early. This will give you the time you need to set up your space and tune inwards before we begin. Please note, to respect the energy of the class, students and teacher, the doors will be locked at the commencement of class to ensure no disruptions. Please arrive on time to avoid missing out on your booked class.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing you can move in. Yoga is best practiced bare foot. Please remove your shoes to enter the studio space. You may wish to have some extra layers and socks easily available for Savasana (resting at the end of practice) or if attending classes such as Yin, Meditation classes and Soundbaths.
